Limited space limits the room for furniture. You will have to scheme
your room tactfully if you do not want to do something which will only result
in a cramped room. In this article, we would like to narrow down the focus on
your small space kitchen. We have found a handful of pretty inspiration for
various style kitchens. But of course for a better picture, we would like to
speak in general.
The simplest way to layout your kitchenette is against the wall. Arrange
your cabinetry neatly in a line, lengthwise to the wall. You might love the
idea of tucking all of the kitchen appliances into the cabinetry. Arranging
your kitchen lengthwise to the wall also gives you a small space for walk just
like an apartment hallway, especially if you spread rugs on the tiled floor.
If you want, you can most certainly set up some hooks where you can hang
several of your cooking utensils. If you want to use racks instead of
cabinetry, you can very well do so. And if you want to achieve the neat look,
you can spread small curtain beneath the top of the rack. The curtain will act
as well as cabinetry door.
If there is not enough room to arrange the layout lengthwise to the
wall, you can opt for a U-shape layout. Arrange the base cabinetry into the
U-shape and hang the other storage cabinetry on the wall. Tuck all of the
appliances into the cabinetry if possible. If not, you can just create some
sections with the continuous countertop which is completed with a small dinette
for a pair. As an addition to the base cabinetry, you can hook some units of
wall cabinetry.
